How does it work?
When you add a video, it tricks your Mac into thinking that the video was downloaded from an Apple Server by adding the video you selected in the right areas.
Why does the app want my password?
The app needs your password in order to add the necessary files in the right places. These places are locked by the system. If you were to add a file in these places, the Mac would ask for your password as well.
Please know, the app doesn't save your password and when you close it, the app will just ask for it again.
